摘要
通过对有限元技术和Autobend两种柔性薄板件装配思路的阐述,并结合三维偏差分析软件3DCS对汽车前围上盖板组件装配进行蒙特卡洛模拟计算。结果表明,考虑柔性薄板件的材料属性和装配工艺(焊接、夹持)可以提高装配精度;同时,两种柔性薄板件装配思路在装配精度损失和成本控制上各有特色,从而拓展了柔性薄板件装配精度控制的思路和方法。
Through the exposition of two compliant part assembly ideas based on finite element technology and Autobend,and combined with 3D deviation analysis software 3DCS,Monte-Carlo simulation calculation was carried out for the assembly of automobile firewall cowl panel.The results show that the assembly precision can be improved by considering the material property and assembly process(welding,clamping)of compliant part assembly.Meanwhile,the two thoughts have their own characteristics in assembly precision loss and cost control,developing ideas and methods for the assembly precision control of compliant part assembly.
