载货汽车轻量化已经成为载货汽车行业的重中之重,而受到行业特点的影响,先进的工艺和材料还很难得到有效的利用。将精益设计思想与结构优化设计结合在一起,设计了更加适合载货汽车行业发展的轻量化流程,并结合实例验证了该流程的正确性,为载货汽车的轻量化提供一个新的途径。

Lightweight of truck has become the most important thing in the truck industry.However,due to the influence of the industry characteristics,it is difficult to make effective use of advanced technology and materials.This paper combines lean design with structural optimization design,designs a lightweight process which is more suitable for the development of the truck industry,and verifies the correctness of the process with an example.It provides a new way for lightweight of truck.
