摘要
蛇形流道因其优异的排水性能成为人们重点研究对象,但其较长的流道导致反应气体分布不均匀,较高的压降导致非常大的寄生能量损失。为研究变通道蛇形流道对质子交换膜燃料电池性能的影响,对不同构型的渐变流道进行模拟分析和数值比较。结果表明,结构形式不同的渐变蛇形流道对燃料电池排水性能、反应气体分布均匀性以及压降均具有显著的影响,对蛇形流道结构研究和优化具有一定的参考意义。
The serpentine flow fields have become the research focus because of its excellent drainage performance,but its long channels lead to uneven distribution of reaction gas and high pressure drop leads to very large parasitic energy loss.In order to study the influence of variable channel serpentine flow fields on the performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell,the simulation analysis and numerical comparison were carried out for different configurations of gradual flow fields.The results show that the gradual serpentine flow field with different structures has significant influence on the drainage performance,the uniformity of gas distribution and the pressure drop of the fuel cell,and it has certain reference for the research and optimization of the serpentine flow field structure.
