基于峰值点近似计算法的光伏阵列输出研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于局部阴影光伏阵列的工作原理,对复杂光照下多级串联式光伏阵列、多级并联式光伏阵列以及集中式光伏阵列的输出特性进行深入研究。建立了复杂光照下多级串联式光伏阵列、多级并联式光伏阵列各工作区间的Ⅰ-Ⅴ特性方程,提出两类多级阵列的峰值电压点分布规律,针对复杂光照下含有三种不同光照分布类型的3×3集中式光伏阵列、60×10集中式光伏阵列,找出其峰值电压点分布规律以及各峰值点功率大小关系。采用Pvsyst软件对光伏阵列的输出特性进行仿真,通过对比相同拓扑结构、相同光照分布类型的串、并联式光伏阵列,以及相同拓扑结构、不同光照分布类型的集中式光伏阵列,提出光伏阵列在选型、安装等方面的改进措施,为复杂光照下的最大功率点跟踪技术提供理论参考和借鉴。 Based on the working principle of local shadow photo-voltaic array,the output characteristics of multistage series photo-voltaic array,multistage parallel photo-voltaic array and centralized photo-voltaic array under complex illumination were studied.Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristic equations of multistage series photo-voltaic array and multistage parallel photo-voltaic array were established in different working interval,and the peak voltage point distribution rule of two types of multistage arrays was proposed.Aiming at the 3 × 3 centralized photo-voltaic array and 60 × 10 centralized photo-voltaic array with three different types of illumination distribution,its peak voltage point distribution rule and the relationship between the power of each peak point were pointed out.Pvsyst software was used to simulate the output characteristics of photo-voltaic array.By comparing the series and parallel photo-voltaic array with the same topology and the same type of illumination distribution as well as several groups of centralized photo-voltaic array with the same topology and different types of illumination distribution,the improved measures of the photo-voltaic array were put forward in terms of selection and installation,providing theoretical reference for the maximum power point tracking technology under complex illumination.
