摘要
电动旋翼无人机广泛应用于军事、商业和娱乐等多领域,其电池系统由单体串联构成。由于电池组长时间充放电后容易出现电量不均衡,从而影响无人机的续航能力,为此,根据电池管理系统采集的电压信息,结合电池开路电压滞回特性,提出了基于滞回电压平衡的无人机电池均衡控制方法。构建基于AD7280A的电池电压检测电路,搭建无人机电池均衡测试平台,在所搭建的实验平台基础上进行实验验证,实验结果表明所提出的方法能够有效改善电池组的一致性。
Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)are widely used in many fields such as military,commercial and entertainment.Its battery system is composed of cells connected in series.The charge in consistency of battery pack happens after a long period of charging and discharging,which affects the endurance of UAV.For this reason,according to the voltage collected by battery management system and the hysteresis characteristics of open circuit voltage,a battery equalization control method for UAV based on hysteresis voltage balance was proposed.The voltage detection circuit was built based on AD7280A,UAV battery balance test platform was built,the experimental verification was carried out on the built experimental platform,and the results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the consistency of the battery pack.
