摘要
极片制造技术不仅影响锂离子电池的能量密度、循环寿命和安全性能,而且对降低废品率和电池制造成本具有重要作用,是电池制造的一个重要过程。在极片制造过程中,可能出现团聚体、针孔、厚边和条纹等各类涂布和干燥缺陷,这些缺陷会严重影响极片性能。因此,了解这些缺陷的形成机制、抑制缺陷形成,尽早发现缺陷并调整工艺条件具有重要意义。对各种缺陷的形成机制、检测技术及其防治措施进行了系统的介绍,并对电池极片制造技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
The electrode fabrication is an important process of the battery manufacturing,which not only affects the energy density,life span and safety of the lithium-ion batteries,but also plays a great role in reducing scrap rate and lowering battery manufacturing cost.During the electrode manufacturing,various types of coating and drying defect could generate,such as agglomerations,pinholes,webbing and ribbing defects,seriously affecting the electrode performance.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand defect formation mechanisms and prevention solution,early detect the defect and adjust the operating conditions.The formation mechanisms and detection techniques of the defects as well as the corresponding solutions were systematically introduced.The development direction of the electrode manufacturing techniques was also prospected.
