摘要
梯次利用是磷酸铁锂动力电池全生命周期内提高应用价值、分摊造价、降低成本的重要途径之一。从退役磷酸铁锂动力电池特性出发,通过理论评估、技术评估、经济评估、回收市场评估等四个方面,分析其梯次利用的可行性及主要难点问题;此外,根据退役磷酸铁锂动力电池现有用途,挖掘其剩余价值,提出不同领域应用场景,为退役磷酸铁锂动力电池的高效高值化利用提供潜在的市场方向。
The echelon utilization is one of the important ways to improve the application value,share the manufacturing cost and reduce the cost in the whole life cycle of lithium iron phosphate power battery.From the properties of the retired lithium iron phosphate power battery,the feasibility and main difficulties of echelon utilization were analyzed through theoretical evaluation,technical evaluation,economic evaluation and recycling market evaluation.In addition,according to the existing application of the retired lithium iron phosphate power battery,the residual value was researched and the application scenarios in different fields were proposed,providing the potential market direction for the high-efficiency and high-value utilization of the retired lithium iron phosphate power battery.
