摘要
为了解决钻孔灌注桩因灌注过程控制不当,导致混凝土欠灌或超灌高度过大的问题,对混凝土灌注过程中的受力特征及不同类型超灌控制仪的适用性进行了分析。分析发现:混凝土超灌高度受多种因素影响,其中泥浆密度、超灌控制仪压力传感器的位置、灌注时操作方式,对混凝土超灌高度影响较大。精确监测混凝土液面标高,并采用合理的灌注方式,对混凝土超灌控制具有重要意义。
In order to solve the concrete underfilling or super overfilling height of bored pile caused by improper control of grouting process,the mechanical characteristics in the concreting with the applicability of overfilling controllers were analyzed.It was found that the concrete overfilling height was affected by many factors,wherein the slurry density,the position of the pressure sensor of overfilling controller,the operation method in grouting have a great influence thereon.It is very important for the control of concrete overfilling to monitor the elevation of concrete level accurately and adopt reasonable grouting method.
