摘要
基于孢粉数据重建古植被和古环境是地层孢粉学的主要研究内容。孢粉数据库作为收集、存储、整理和分析数据的有效工具得到了蓬勃发展,其类型可大致分为地层和形态两种。本文概述了国内外第四纪地层和形态孢粉数据库的发展历史与现状,并简要介绍了Neotoma和PalDat两大国际主流数据库以及我国的5个代表性孢粉数据库。文中还讨论了当前国内外数据库所面临的资金短缺、信息共享程度低、智能化不够等问题并作出了展望。
Reconstruction of paleovegetation and paleoenvironment is one of the main research contents of palynology.Palynological database is an effective tool for collecting,storing,sorting and analyzing data,which can be divided into stratigraphic palynological database and morphology palynological database.In this paper,we reviewed the history and present situation of Quaternary palynological database,and briefly introduced Neotoma,PalDat,and five representative palynological databases in China.Also the problems such as fund shortage of running,low effective data sharing and less intelligenct in these database were discussed and suggestion was made to improve the development of Palynological database.
