摘要
报道1例胎儿期即诊断的罕见的先天性左心室心尖部室壁瘤病例。应用心脏彩色多普勒超声检查,对该患儿自26周胎龄至2岁9月期间左心室心尖部室壁瘤进行超声心动图动态监测及生长发育追踪,对胎儿先天性室壁瘤病因、临床特点、诊断、治疗和预后进行讨论,为临床上该病诊治提供参考。
A case of congenital left ventricular apical aneurysm diagnosed in the fetus was reported.Echocardiographic dynamic monitoring of left ventricular apical ventricular aneurysm and growth tracking from 26 weeks gestational age to 2 months of age were performed using cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography.Meanwhile,the etiology,clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of fetal congenital ventricular aneurysm were discussed,which can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
