摘要
清代宫廷用酒具有多样性,烧酒、黄酒、乳酒、果酒皆有。除玉泉酒外,宫中用酒多无具体名称。在这些宫廷用酒中,玉泉酒的用途最广。为了满足宫中需要,内府酿制成为最为重要的途径,而进贡和购买成为宫中用酒的补充。同时,多位皇帝饮酒都非常有节制,这也大大节约了宫中用酒的数量。
In the Qing Dynasty,there were many kinds of wine in the palace,including liquor,yellow rice wine,fermented milk wine and fruit wine.Apart from Yuquan there was no specific name for the wine used in the palace.Moreover,Yuquan wine was the most widely used.To meet the needs of the palace,the Imperial Household Department began brewing in the inner palace.In addition,tributes and purchases also add to the supply.Besides,because many emperors were moderate in drinking,the amount of wine needed in palace is considerably reduced.
