摘要
随着文化创意产业的不断发展,都市郊区型乡村旅游作为一种新的旅游业态,备受游客青睐。文章在分析都市郊区型乡村旅游的内涵、特征及必要性的基础上,以合肥市为例,探讨了其发展中存在的政府管理能力不足、市场发展秩序混乱、乡村旅游乡土性不足、基层民众积极性低等问题,并提出了对应的解决思路:政府应健全政策体系并规范市场秩序;市场应做好发展规划推进产业化升级;扎根乡村文化,推进农村旅游产业化发展;社会基层应积极参与推动乡村旅游发展。
With the continuous development of cultural and creative industries,rural tourism in metropolitan outskirts,as a new tourism industry,is favored by tourists.Based on an analysis of the connotation,characteristics and necessity of this tourism,this article takes Hefei as an example to explore,among other things,the insufficient government management,chaotic market,insufficient locality in rural tourism,and the lack of motivation among local residents.It then offers suggestions:the government should improve the policy system and regulate the market order;the development of market should well planned and should contribute to industrial upgrading;rural tourism should take its root in rural culture and develop as an industry;grassroots of a society should get actively involved in promoting the development of rural tourism.
