摘要
风机盘管的判定标准是以试验室标准工况下的测试结果为依据,但实际应用过程中,有时需要根据现场实际情况对机组的进口水温做相应的调整。为了研究水温变化对风机盘管供冷性能的影响,对标准型风机盘管进行了不同进口水温下的非标工况试验。试验数据表明,在进口空气干、湿球温度和冷冻水温升不变的情况下,相对于标准工况参数,供冷量、潜冷量、析湿系数和供冷能效系数随进水温度的降低而变大,随进水温度的升高而减小。
The judgment standard of fan coil unit is based on the test results under the standard working condition, but in the practical application, the inlet water temperature of the unit needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation. In order to reach the influence of water temperature change on the cooling performance of fan coil, the non-standard condition tests of standard fan coil under different inlet water temperatures were carried out. Under the condition that the dry and wet bulb temperature of the inlet air and the range of chilled water temperature were constant, relative to the standard condition parameters, the cooling capacity, latent cold capacity, moisture analysis coefficient and FCEER increased with the decrease of inlet water temperature and decreased with the increasing of inlet water temperature.
