抗衰灵膏对肝癌虚弱患者临床症状和生存率的影响

Effect of anti-aging cream on clinical symptoms and survival rate in patients with liver cancer-associated weakness

目的探讨肝癌虚弱患者采用抗衰灵膏治疗对患者临床症状和3年生存率的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月间福建省肿瘤医院收治的84例肝癌虚弱患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。两组患者均采用基础治疗,观察组患者采用抗衰灵膏治疗,对照组患者采用十全大补丸治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状变化及客观缓解率(ORR)和3年生存率。结果治疗后,两组患者临床症状评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。观察组患者客观缓解率为71. 4%,高于对照组的54. 8%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。随访3年,观察组患者1例失访,2例远处转移;对照组患者2例失访,2例远处转移。观察组患者3年生存15例(36. 6%),对照组患者3年生存6例(15. 0%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(2=11. 07,P <0. 05)。结论抗衰灵膏更利于改善肝癌虚弱患者的虚弱症状,提高其3年生存率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of anti-aging cream on clinical symptoms and 3-year survival rate in patients with liver cancer who reported weakness. Methods Eighty-four patients with liver cancer-associated weakness were selected at Fujian Cancer Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 42 patients in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment. Moreover,the observation group was given anti-aging cream and the control group was given Shiquan Dabu pill. The changes in clinical symptoms evaluated using Edmonton frail scale( EFS) were objective remission rate( ORR) and 3-year survival rate were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment,the EFS score reduced in both groups with the observation group lower than the control group( all P < 0. 05). The ORR was 71. 4% in the observation group the control group which was higher than 54. 8% of the control group( all P < 0. 05). Loss to follow-up occurred in 1 patient in the observation group and 2 in the control group. Distant metastasis occurred in 2 patients in the observation group and 2 patients in the control group. The overall 3-year survival rate was 36. 6%( 15 patients) in the observation group and 15. 0%( 6 patients) in the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion Anti-aging cream is conducive to promoting the improvement of weakness and 3-year survival rate in patients with liver cancer,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
