积极情感体验干预模式在胃癌患者中的应用观察

Application of positive emotional experiences-based intervention in patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨积极情感体验干预模式在胃癌患者中的应用观察。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月间宝鸡市人民医院收治的60例胃癌患者进行研究。根据干预方式不同进行分组,采取常规护理干预的30例患者纳入对照组,采用积极情感体验干预模式的30例患者纳入研究组,观察两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和睡眠质量。结果干预前两组患者SAS、SDS评分及睡眠质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。干预结束后,研究组SAS、SDS评分评分低于对照组,研究组睡眠质量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对胃癌患者实施积极情感体验干预模式,可有效改善其生活质量,并缓解心理压力,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the application of positive emotional experiences-based intervention in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Sixty patients with gastric cancer who were treated at Baoji People’s Hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected for the study. Based on the interventions they received,they were divided into a study group and a control group. Thirty patients who were given positive emotional experiences-based intervention were included in the study group and 30 patients who were given conventional nursing were include in a control group. Self-rating depression scale( SDS) and the selfrating anxiety scale( SAS) scores and sleep quality were observed in the two groups. Results Before the intervention,there was no difference in SAS and SDS scores and sleep quality between the two groups( P >0. 05). At two weeks after the intervention and at the end of intervention,the score of SAS and SDS were lower in the study group than in the control group. After the intervention,sleep quality was better in the study group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion For gastric cancer patients,positive emotional experience intervention can effectively improve quality of life and relieve psychological pressure. It is worthy of popularization.
