摘要
呼吸系统疾病病死率在世界范围内逐年上升,每年约有700多万人死于呼吸系统疾病。而目前对人类肺脏细胞类型、功能与互作的了解仍不全面。近年来兴起的单细胞分析技术能够在转录水平解析细胞功能、细胞互作,同时鉴定出多种新型肺脏细胞,并全面描述其动态表型,帮助确定与人类肺部疾病的发生、进展和治疗相关的细胞组成和动态变化。本文就单细胞分析技术在呼吸系统疾病中的应用作一综述。
The death rate of respiratory diseases is increasing year by year worldwide,with more than seven million people dying each year.At present,our understanding of the types,functions and interactions of human lung cells is still incomplete.In recent years,single-cell analysis technique has emerged as a powerful tool to analyze cell functions and cell interactions at the transcription level,as well as to identify new types of lung cells and to fully describe their dynamic phenotype.This will uncover the cellular composition and dynamic changes associated with the occurrence,progression and treatment of human lung diseases.This article reviews the application of single cell analysis technique in the respiratory diseases.
