美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

Effect Observation on Ulcerative Colitis Treated with Mesalazine plus Bifidobacterium Triplet Living Bacteria Capsule

为评估美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效,将86例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各43例。治疗组以美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗;对照组单纯采取美沙拉嗪治疗。观察2组临床疗效、炎性因子水平及肠道菌群变化。结果显示,治疗组患者的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的双歧杆菌与乳杆菌数量多于对照组,大肠埃希菌数量少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率(95.35%)高于对照组(81.40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,联合应用美沙拉嗪和双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,可改善肠道炎症,平衡肠道菌群环境,有利于患者身体恢复。

This study was to investigate the effect of mesalazine plus bifidobacterium triplet living bacteria capsule(shortly named as capsule)in the treatment group of ulcerative colitis(UC),randomly divided 86 UC patients into treatment(43 cases,received mesalazine plus capsule)and control group(43 cases,only mesalazine);then compared both groups’clinical effect,the levels of inflammatory factors,and the change of intestinal tract flora.As results,in treatment group the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α were lower than,but the level of IL-10 was higher than that in control group(all,P<0.05);in treatment group,the counts of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus were more than,the count of Ec.oli was less than that in control group(P<0.05,all);the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(95.35%vs 81.40%,P<0.05).Results show that mesalazine plus capsule in the treatment of UC has determined effect,can improve inflammatory response of intestine,balance its flora environment,thus is beneficial to patients’recovery.
