针对性护理在痔术后的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Targeted nursing in the Postoperation of Hemorrhoids

为观察针对性护理在痔术后的应用效果,将142例痔术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组71例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施针对性护理,比较2组患者术后2周、4周的VAS评分、住院时间以及术后并发症发生情况。结果显示,观察组患者术后2周、4周VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,针对性护理干预可有效减轻患者疼痛,缩短住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

To observe the application effect of targeted nursing after hemorrhoidectomy,142 patients with hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group(n=71,received routine nursing)and observation group(n=71,received targeted nursing),the VAS scores,hospital stay and postoperative complications of 2 and 4 weeks after operation were compared in 2 groups.As results,in the VAS scores,hospital stay and postoperative complications incidence of 2 and 4 weeks after operation observation group were lower,shorter and lower than control group(all,P<0.05).The results show that the targeted nursing intervention could reduce the pain,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
