聚酯聚氨酯改性水性环氧油墨连接料的制备 被引量:5

Preparation of polyester polyurethane modified waterborne epoxy resin ink binder

摘要 以聚己内酯二醇(PCL1000)、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)及丁二醇(BDO)为原料制得端-NCO聚酯聚氨酯(A1),其与环氧树脂反应并加入封端剂及成膜助剂制得聚酯聚氨酯改性水性环氧树脂连接料(AB)并以此制备了油墨。采用红外光谱分析,乳液的稳定性和粘度以及油墨的初干性,光泽度和附着力测试研究了各步骤原料种类和配比对连接料及油墨性能的影响。结果表明,油墨的最优工艺条件如下:PCL1000和DMPA的质量分数分别为52.5%和2.8%,-NCO与-OH物质的量比为1.20∶1,A1用量为连接料总质量的25%,并采用二乙醇胺为封端剂,正丁醇为成膜助剂。 The poly-caprolactone diol(PCL1000),2,4-toluene diisocyanate(TDI),dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA)and butanediol(BDO)were used as raw materials to produce terminal -NCO polyester polyurethane(A1). The A1 reacted with epoxy resin and after addition of end-capping agent and film-forming aid,the polyester polyurethane modified waterborne epoxy resin binder(AB)was prepared and ink was prepared from it. The effects of the raw material types and ratios of the various steps on the binder and ink performance were investigated by using infrared spectroscopy analysis,tests of the stability and viscosity of the emulsion and tests of initial drying,gloss and adhesion of the ink. The results showed that the optimal process conditions of the ink were as follows:mass fractions of PCL1000 and DMPA 52.5% and 2.8%,respectively,molar ratio of -NCO to -OH 1.20 ∶ 1,A1 dosage 25% based on the total mass of AB and using diethanolamine as the blocking agent,n-butanol as the film-forming aid.
