摘要
以环氧树脂E-51、环氧稀释剂692和6690、苯甲醇为A组分,酚醛胺固化剂XT101-B为B组分,制备了一种适用于地铁渗漏水的环氧堵漏材料,通过DSC分析及力学性能测试研究了堵漏浆液的固化行为以及固化剂用量对凝胶时间和固结体性能的影响。结果表明,A与B组分质量比为理论配比6∶1时,堵漏材料常温7 d即可固化完全,固结体压缩强度可达到80 MPa以上,拉伸强度达到30 MPa以上。实际使用时,m(A)∶m(B)=(6~8)∶1时固结体性能较好,压缩强度>40 MPa,拉伸强度>10 MPa,浆液凝胶时间>10 min,可同时起到堵漏和加固目的。
The epoxy plugging material for subway water leakage was prepared using epoxy resin E-51,epoxy diluent 692 and 6690,benzyl alcohol as the A component,and phenolic amine curing agent XT101-B as the B component. The curing behavior of the plugging slurry and the influence of the amount of curing agent on the gel time and the properties of the consolidating body were studied by DSC analysis and mechanical property test. The results showed that when the mass ratio of A and B component was theoretical ratio of 6 ∶ 1,the plugging material could be fully cured at room temperature for 7 days. The compressive strength and tensile strength of the consolidating body could reach 80 MPa and 30 MPa,respectively. In actual use,when m(A)∶ m(B)=(6-8)∶ 1,the properties of the consolidating body were better. The compressive strength was higher than 40 MPa,tensile strength was higher than 10 MPa and slurry gel time was longer than 10 min. The plugging material could serve the purpose of plugging and strengthening at the same time.
