响应面法优化超声辅助提取白簕多糖工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 以白簕粉末为原料,用超声波细胞破碎法对多糖成分进行提取.选取有机溶剂种类、料液比、溶剂体积分数、提取时间和超声功率作为考察因子,用所含多糖成分的提取率作为目标,进行单因素实验,然后进行响应面分析.发现白簕中多糖的最好的提取方法是为料液比1∶20(g/mL)、乙醇体积分数72%、提取时间15 min、超声功率100 W,提取率的预测值为6.89%,实际值为6.85%,数值接近.因此,响应面优化的工艺稳定可靠,为白簕的综合利用和产业化开发提供理论支持. Polysaccharide was extracted fromAcanthopanax trifoliatuspowder by ultrasonic cell breaking method. The kinds of organic solvents,the solid-liquid ratio,the concentration of extraction solvent,the extraction time and the ultrasonic power were selected as the influencing factors,and the extraction rate of polysaccharide was taken as the response value to carry out the single factor experiment. On this basis,the box Behnken design and response surface analysis were carried out. The results showed that the best extraction conditions of Acanthopanax trifoliatus(L.)Merr. polysaccharide were:solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶20(g/mL),the volume fraction of ethanol was 72%,extraction time 15 minutes,ultrasonic power 100 W,and the predicted value of extraction rate was 6. 89%,the real value was 6 85%.Therefore,the process of response surface optimization was stable and reliable,which provided theoretical support for the comprehensive utilization and industrial development of Acanthopanax trifoliatus.
