ICP-MS法测定胶体果胶铋胶囊中金属铋质量分数

摘要 对胶体果胶铋胶囊检测方法进行改进.电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),根据对照品金属铋(Bi)的标准曲线,可求得样品中铋(Bi)的质量分数.铋(Bi)金属元素的线性相关系数(R2)在0.999 1~0.999 5之间,RSD值在0.5~0.8之间.改进后测定胶体果胶铋胶囊方法精密度高、准确度好. To improve the determination method of colloidal pectin bismuth capsules. By inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),the bismuth(Bi)content in the sample was obtained according to the standard curve of the control metal. The linear correlation coefficient(R2)of Bi metal elements was between 0.999 1 ~ 0.999 5,and the RSDvalue was between 0.5~0.6. The modified method for determination of bismuth capsules in colloidal pectin has high precision and good accuracy.
