摘要
目的分析中医儿科临床教学中模拟操作教学法结合CBS(病例导入式)教学法的应用价值。方法选取2017—2018年度于我院中医儿科门诊实习的100名学生作为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组采用传统方式带教,观察组则采用模拟操作教学法结合CBS教学法带教,对比2组学生出科理论与操作考核成绩、对教学方式的满意度情况。结果与对照组对比,观察组理论考核成绩、实践操作成绩更高(P <0.05);与对照组对比,观察组学生各项教学满意度评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中医儿科临床教学中采用模拟操作教学法结合CBS教学法利于提高教学效果与学生满意度。
Objective To analyze the application value of simulated operation teaching method combined with CBS(case-introduction)teaching method in clinical teaching of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 100 students from the internship of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine outpatients in our hospital from 2017 to 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was taught in the traditional way.The observation group was taught by the simulated operation teaching method combined with the CBS teaching method.The scores of the theoretical and operational assessments of the two groups of students and the satisfaction of the teaching methods was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the theoretical evaluation scores and practical operation scores of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of the teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of simulated operation teaching method combined with CBS teaching method in the clinical teaching of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine is conducive to improving teaching effect and student satisfaction.
