自拟膏方外贴治疗稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on the External Application of Self-made Ointment in the Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨自拟膏方外敷治疗对稳定性心绞痛的临床效果。方法选择80例心绞痛患者分为对照组及观察组,分别予以常规治疗法加安慰药膏与加用自拟膏方穴位贴敷治疗。观察2组患者疗效、心绞痛发作、心绞痛疼痛VAS评分及心电图(ECG)改善情况。结果观察组的总有效率(90.0%)显著高于对照组(72.5%),发作频率与每次发作的持续时间均显著少于对照组,治疗后VAS评分下降较对照组明显,观察组ECG有效率(97.5%)高于对照组(50.0%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论自拟膏方穴位贴敷治疗可显著增强临床疗效,减少心绞痛发作频率及发作时间,VAS评分明显降低,明显改善ECG疗效,效果确切,值得强力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made ointment on stable angina pectoris.Methods 80 cases of angina pectoris patients were selective and divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and placebo ointment,while the observation group was treated with conventional therapy and point application of self-made ointment.The curative effect,angina attack,angina pain VAS score and ECG were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(90.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.50%),the attack frequency and duration of each attack were significantly lower than that of the control group,the VAS score decreased significantly after treatment compared with the control group,and the ECG effective rate(97.5%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(50.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made ointment can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy,reduce the frequency and duration of angina pectoris,significantly reduce the VAS score,significantly improve the ECG curative effect,has accurate effect,and is worthy of strong promotion.
