通脉汤联合阿司匹林、硝酸酯类药物治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tongmai Decoction Combined with Aspirin and Nitrate in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨通脉汤联合阿司匹林、硝酸酯类药物治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法将124例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组与观察组各62例,对照组患者采用阿司匹林与硝酸酯类药物等常规西药治疗方式,观察组患者在常规西药治疗基础上应用通脉汤,分别对2组的疗效、血液流变学指标与血管内皮功能进行统计学比较。结果观察组患者治疗后的血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度与红细胞压积均明显低于对照组,观察组患者治疗后MDA、NO、v WF与ET-1均明显好于对照组,并且观察组患者的有效率明显高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用通脉汤联合阿司匹林、硝酸酯类药物治疗不稳定型心绞痛能够显著改善患者的血液流变学指标,保护血管内皮功能,促进治疗效果提升,适宜临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongmai decoction combined with aspirin and nitrate in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods 124 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine such as aspirin and nitrate.The observation group was treated with Tongmai decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The curative effect,hemorheological indexes and vascular endothelium of the two groups were observed respectively.Functions were compared statistically.Results The plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and hematocrit in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment.MDA,NO,vWF and ET-1 in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment,the effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongmai decoction combined with aspirin and nitrate can significantly improve the hemorheological parameters of patients with unstable angina pectoris,protect vascular endothelial function,promote the therapeutic effect,and is suitable for clinical application.
