中医护理联合补中益气丸对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Combined with Buzhong Yiqi Pill on Treatment Compliance of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨中医护理联合补中益气丸对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法将2017年1月—2017年12月出院的192例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组96例。对照组给予常规出院护理干预,观察组给予中医护理和补中益气丸干预。按照Morisky服药依从量表评价治疗依从性,应用健康调查简表(SF-36)评估患者生活质量。结果与对照组比较,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质功能评分均较高(P <0.01),治疗依从率较高(P <0.05)。结论中医护理联合补中益气丸可提高T2DM患者治疗依从性,改善生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Buzhong Yiqi pill on treatment compliance of diabetic patients.Methods 192 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)discharged from our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 96 cases in each group.The control group was given routine discharge nursing intervention,while the observation group was given continuous nursing and Buzhong Yiqi pill intervention.Treatment compliance was assessed by Morisky Compliance Scale and quality of life was assessed by SF-36.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material function of the observation group were higher(P<0.01),and the treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Buzhong Yiqi pill can improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with T2DM,which is worthy of popularization and application.
