中药学专业硕士研究生指导方法的思考及实践

Thoughts and Methodological Exploration on the Guidance of Graduate in Chinese Materia Medica

本文结合作者作为中药学硕士研究生导师和中药特色技术传承人才的学习思考,从导师与学生关系定位、研究生学习模式特点等角度,分析和思考导师的自身素质提升对研究生的影响;结合指导中药学专业研究生的实践,对硕士研究生科研学习的科研精神、创新思维培养、科研主要环节文献检索、课题报告和论文、研究报告写作等方面进行思路方法的探索,以期从提高导师素质和帮助研究生科研学习的双重角度,为建立具有传承和创新特点的研究生培养模式,培养传承和科研创新于一身的高素质人才提供借鉴。

This paper combines the author’s thinking of studying as a tutor of master’s degree in Chinese materia medica and a person with technical inheritance of Chinese medicine characteristics,analyzes and considers the influence of tutor’s self-improvement on graduate students from the perspectives of the relationship between tutor and student and the characteristics of graduate’s learning mode,and combines with the practice of guiding graduate students of Chinese medicine specialty to give scientific research spirit and innovative thinking to graduate students in scientific research and learning.In order to improve the quality of tutors and graduate students'scientific research learning,this paper explores the ways of thinking and methods in the aspects of dimension training,literature retrieval in the main links of scientific research,topic reports and papers,and research report writing,so as to provide reference for the establishment of a graduate training mode with the characteristics of inheritance and innovation,and the cultivation of high-quality talents with the combination of inheritance and scientific research and innovation.
