中西医结合临床医学专业学位人才培养

The Cultivation of Professional Degree Talents in Clinical Medicine of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

中西医临床医学专业学位的人才培养,目前就中医住院医师规范化培训一直在不断地优化和改革,全面提高中西医结合临床医学的综合水平,专业人才临床实践的考核评价体系,提高实践技能能力同时,注重科研能力的建设,建设临证诊疗理念,从理论到实践,再到提高研究临床科研水平,融练病证精准诊疗方案,提升中西医结合临床医学专业学位专业能力。本文将对目前中西医临床医学专业学位的人才培养进行阐述。

Personnel training of the professional degree of clinical medicine,traditional Chinese and western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine at present have been continuously resident standardization training,optimize and reform,enhance the comprehensive level of Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical medicine,professional talent evaluation system of clinical practice,improve the ability of practical skills at the same time,pay attention to the construction of scientific research ability,the construction idea of clinical diagnosis and treatment,from theory to practice,to improve the level of clinical research,integrating practice accurate disease diagnosis and treatment plan,improving the capacity of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical medicine specialty degree in this paper to the personnel training of the professional degree of clinical medicine of Chinese and western medicine.
