黄河中卫段水生态保护与治理路径探索

Studies on water ecological restoration and conservation in Zhongwei section of the Yellow River

围绕习近平总书记视察宁夏时提出的“宁夏要努力建设黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展先行区”要求,结合中卫实际,从坚持生态优先、坚持重在保护、坚持要在治理、坚持绿色发展、坚定文化自信等方面对黄河中卫段水生态保护与治理的路径进行了有益探索。

Guidelines were proposed by general secretary Xi Jinping during his visit to Ningxia that“Ningxia should strive to become a pilot area in the Yellow River Basin for ecological protection and high quality development”.Taking the local conditions and practices into consideration,a beneficial exploration has been pursued to find out solution for water ecological restoration and conservation in Zhongwei Section of the Yellow River,from the aspects of adhering to principles of giving priority to ecology,with emphasis on protection,governance,green development and cultural confidence.
