为彻底解决山东省临沂市中心城区部分河道有河无水、有水不流、流水不清等问题,临沂市中心城区规划实施水系连通工程,通过水系连通、拦蓄、景观、通游和信息化等工程建设,打造“以水润城、活水铸魂、城水共融”的生态美丽水都,进一步提升了全国水生态文明城市形象。

In order to solve the problems of no water,no flow or unclean water flow in some river courses in the city center of Linyi of Shandong Province,a proposal of connecting water systems has been planned and implemented.Through linkage of water systems,retention works,introduction of landscape,tourism and information technology,an ecological-friendly city that has clean and flowing waters and integrated with each other shall be created,which will further enhance the image of cities in the whole country for water ecological civilization.
