全国各中医临床专家防治新型冠状病毒肺炎方案汇总分析

An Analysis of National Famous TCM Doctors’ Prevention and Treatment Regimens of COVID-19

目的:分析汇总全国多位中医临床专家防治新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)的方案,为该病的防治提供可靠依据。方法:检索2020年2月19日(含)之前在中文数据库(中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库)公开发表的有关中医药防治新冠肺炎的文献。对筛选的文献从预防方案和治疗方案两方面进行汇总分析。结果:共检索到全国中医临床专家预防和治疗新冠肺炎的相关文献20篇。其中11篇文献对新冠肺炎的病因病机进行了分析,涉及到预防措施文献9篇,措施方案12项,涉及到治疗措施文献14篇,其中9篇以4期(初期、中期、重症期、恢复期)作为一线临床诊疗方案。结论:全国各中医临床专家根据所诊治的新冠肺炎的经验,从多个角度对新冠肺炎的病因病机、预防及分期辨证论治进行了探讨。临床工作者们应根据当地气候环境、饮食习惯、民众的身体素质等多种因素进行因时、因地、因人的预防及治疗。

Objective: To provide the reliable reference for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by analyzing and collecting many TCM clinical experts’ plans of preventing and treating COVID-19 across the country.Methods: The papers on TCM in the prevention and treatment for COVID-19 published in Chinese database CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP before February 19, 2020 were retrieved. The screened papers were grouped into the prevention regimen and therapeutic regimen, and analyzed. Results: All 20 papers on TCM clinical experts’ prevention and treatment for COVID-19 have been searched, among them, the cause and the pathogenesis of COVID-19 were analyzed in 11 papers, the prevention measures were involved in nine papers, 12 regimens of measures, 14 papers about therapeutic measures, and nine papers about clinical regimen of the diagnosis and treatment at the four stages(primary, moderate, severe and recovery). Conclusion: National TCM doctors have explored the cause, pathogenesis, prevention, staging, syndrome differentiation and treatment of COVID-19 from different angles according to their diagnostic and therapeutic experience. Clinical worker should perform the prevention and the treatment according to the season, local conditions and the individuals based on many factors such as local weather,environment, dietary habits, physical quality of the population and others.
