Problems and Countermeasures of Training Nursing Postgraduates in TCM Colleges and Universities

分析现行护理硕士研究生培养模式存在的问题,提出从完善培养类型及目标、强化中医思维、增加临床操作机会及建立健全岗位胜任力体系方面入手探讨中医院校提高护理硕士研究生培养质量的相关对策及建议,以期在新形势下为中医护理教育改革提供一定参考。

By analyzing the existing problems of current training mode for nursing postgraduates, the related strategies and suggestions of raising the quality of training nursing postgraduates in TCM colleges and universities are discussed from the aspects: perfecting training types and targets, enhancing TCM thinking, increasing clinical operation opportunity, establishing and perfecting competency system, in an attempt to provide a certain reference for TCM nursing education reform under the new situation.
