摘要
风力发电机组的液压系统的主要功能是刹车制动(高、低速轴,偏航刹车),变桨控制、偏航控制。在定桨距风力发电机组中,液压系统的主要作用是提供风力发电机组的气动刹车,机械刹车的压力,控制机械与气动刹车的开启实现风力发电机组的开机和停机。在变桨距风力发电机组中,液压系统主要控制变距机构,实现风力发电机组的转速控制、功率控制,同时也控制机械刹车机构及为偏航提供阻尼。
with the rapid development of wind power industry,most of wind turbines into middle age.Due to fan hydraulic system in run time class more trouble followed,such as hydraulic pump,solenoid valve,accumulator,hydraulic rotary joint damage,yaw brake oil leakage of the hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic tubing,etc.,based on the wind field fan hydraulic troubleshooting analysis summary,so reduce the failure rate of the system,ensure stable and reliable wind turbines run.
