本文分析了在平价时代集中式陆上风电将面临的形势,结合目前电力改革、电力市场建设的境况,说明仅进行风电机组研发改进、施工工艺改进、风电场设计优化、风电场智能运营等方式提升发电量、降低发电成本并不足够,还可以通过以下手段促进储能产业健康发展:①针对不同的电力市场机制、不同地区开展多时间尺度的精确风功率预测;②与储能技术结合,将风电转变为可控电源,变被动为主动参与电力市场;③优质、高效的数字化转型,通过制订统一的数据标准,发挥数据价值,实现既有业务的智能化、精细化管理,业务的快速滚动发展;④与当地发展深度融合,构建城市级的能源互联网,扩展风电的发展模式。

This article analyzes the situation that centralized onshore wind power will face in the parity era.Combined with the current situation of power reform and power market construction,it explains that only wind turbine R&D and improvement,construction process improvement,wind farm design optimization,and wind farm intelligent operation which can increase power generation and reduce power generation costs are not enough.It can also promote the healthy development of the energy storage industry through the following methods:①Under multiple power market mechanisms,carry out accurate wind power forecasting at multiple time scales in different regions;②Combined with energy storage system to transform wind power into a controllable power source and actively participation in the electricity market;③Through the formulation of unified data standards and making the value of data,the intelligent and refined management of existing businesses and the rapid rolling development of business will be realized;④Deep integration with local development,construction of city-level energy Internet,and expansion of wind power development models.
