摘要
本文提出一种考虑最小弃风的风电场接入电网的位置和容量的优化方法。该方法首先考虑风电场出力波动特性,建立风电场出力多状态模型,并在此基础之上,提出基于蒙特卡洛模拟法的风电场弃风概率及风电场期望弃风容量指标计算方法,最终提出考虑最小弃风的风电场接入电网的位置和容量的优化方法。本方法从可靠性角度出发,可充分考虑电网对风电的接纳能力,以风电场最小弃风为目标对风电场接入电网的位置和容量进行优化,得到的风电场接入方案可以使电网更大限度接纳风电,有效提高新能源利用效率。
This paper proposes an optimization method for the location and capacity of a wind farm connected to the grid considering the minimum abandonment of wind.Firstly,considering the wind farm output fluctuation characteristics,the wind farm output multi-state model is established.Based on this,the wind farm abandonment probability based on Monte Carlo simulation method and the wind farm expected copacity of abondonment are proposed.The calculation method of wind capacity index finally proposes an optimization method for the location and capacity of the wind farm to consider the minimum abandoned wind.The method can fully consider the acceptance capability of the power grid to the wind power,analyze the wind-dissipation mechanism of the wind farm from the peak-adjusting margin of the power grid,and optimize the position and capacity of the wind farm to connect to the grid with the minimum wind-disposal of the wind farm.Finally the wind farm access scheme can make the grid to accept more wind power and effectively improve the utilization efficiency of new energy.
