新型城镇化、产业结构变迁与县域城乡收入差距——基于福建省58个县(市)的实证分析

New Urbanization,Industrial Structure Change and Income Gap between Urban and Rural Counties——Based on an Empirical Analysis of 58 Counties(Cities)in Fujian Province

加快推进新型城镇化建设是缩小城乡居民收入差距的重要途径,而县域是城市与乡村的重要连接点。本文基于2011年—2018年福建省58个县(市)的面板数据,运用系统矩估计方法考察了新型城镇化与产业结构变迁对福建省城乡居民收入差距的影响。结果表明:福建省新型城镇化建设和城镇化水平的提高有利于缩小城乡居民收入差距,福建省目前处于城镇化水平提高且城乡居民收入差距逐渐缩小的阶段;此外,第二产业在吸纳农村剩余劳动力、增加农村居民非农收入和缩小城乡居民收入差距方面发挥着重要作用,第三产业结构变迁对城乡居民收入差距的影响具有明显的地区差异。在今后的发展中应更加注重城乡经济和社会协调发展,促进产业结构升级与就业结构调整的协调发展,并强化新型城镇化建设与产业结构变迁的融合发展,为缩小城乡居民收入差距提供政策支持、就业基础和产业支撑。

"People-oriented"new urbanization construction is an important way to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas and county area is an important connection point between city and country.In order to explore the impact of new urbanization construction on the income gap between urban and rural residents in counties,based on the panel data of 58 counties of Fujian province from 2011 to 2018,this paper empirically exams the effect of new-style urbanization,industrial structure change on the urban-rural income gap of Fujian province using system GMM estimation methods.The result indicates that urbanization can narrow the urban-rural income gap and Fujian province is now in an"inverted u-shaped"decline stage in which the urbanization level increases and the urban-rural income gap gradually narrows,the change of secondary industry has played an important role in narrowing the urban-rural income gap,and the effects of the change of tertiary industry on urban-rural income gap are different between the southeast and the northwest area of Fujian province.ment structure adjustment,and strengthen the integrated development of new urbanization construction and industrial structure change.
