伴随着我国跨境电商的快速发展,其资金流、物流和信息流的协同发展逐渐暴露出一些问题,如资金流中的跨境电商电子支付成本高、网络风险大,物流中的商品配送时间长、对货物难以实时跟踪,信息流中的交易双方信息不对称、存在欺诈现象等。而通过运用区块链技术的分布式账本结构、点对点数据传输技术、加密和时间戳技术以及智能合约等核心技术并构建相应的法律规制框架,可为我国跨境电商的健康、协同发展提供较好的解决方案。

In the process of rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in China,the coordinated development of capital flow,logistics and information flow has gradually revealed many problems.The problem of capital flow is mainly reflected in the high cost of electronic payment and high network risk of cross-border e-commerce.Logistics problems are mainly reflected in the long delivery time of cross-border goods and the difficulty in tracking the goods.The information flow problem is mainly manifested in the information asymmetry between the two sides of cross-border e-commerce transactions and the existence of fraudulent disputes.By using the unique advantages of blockchain technology,we can make up for its shortcomings in the collaborative development of cross-border e-commerce and build a legal framework,which will provide an optimal solution for the collaborative development of cross-border e-commerce in China.
