摘要
以5, 5’-二叠氮基-1, 1’-二氢-3, 3’-联-1, 2, 4-三唑(DAzBT)为原料,合成了以银为金属离子的环保起爆药DAzBTAg2,采用红外光谱、元素分析、能量色散谱对其结构进行了鉴定,并研究其热学性能、感度性能。结果表明:DAzBTAg2的热分解温度为173℃,5 s延滞期爆发点为193℃,在60℃条件下40 h,单位质量样品加热后释放的气体容积为0.02 mL,热稳定性良好。DAzBTAg2的撞击感度:50%发火高度为17.7 cm,摩擦感度:平均发火率56%;火焰感度:50%发火距离为39.1 cm;静电感度:50%发火能量为0.05 J,静电感度比斯蒂芬酸铅钝感,具备代替斯蒂芬酸铅的潜力。
A new primary explosive, the silver salt of 5,5’-diazido-bi-1,2,4-triazole(DAzBTAg2), was synthesized, and it was characterized by IR spectroscopy, element analysis, DSC, EDS, and its thermal performance and sensitivity performance were studied. The results showed that the thermal decomposition temperature of DAzBTAg2 was 173 ℃,and 5 s explosive temperature was 193 ℃;the released gas volume of unit mass sample after heating for 40 h at 60 ℃ was 0.02 mL, so its thermal stability was good;the 50% firing height was 17.7 cm, the average ignition rate was 56%, the 50% firing distance was 39.1 cm, the 50% ignition energy was 0.05 J, which was much lower than LTNR, so it had the potential to replace LTNR.
