摘要
介绍化工及环保工程领域中MVR蒸发系统的工艺流程。蒸发系统的节能优点主要依附于压缩机的选择,目前市场上的压缩机主要有罗茨式压缩机、离心式压缩机和旋涡式压缩机,根据不同类型压缩机的功能特点进行比较,探讨不同工况下MVR蒸发系统中压缩机的选用原则。
The process flow of MVR evaporation system in the field of chemical engineering and environmental protection engineering was introduced. To realize the energy-saving advantage of the evaporation system mainly depends on the choice of compressor. The compressors in the market mainly include Roots compressors, centrifugal compressors and scroll compressors. According to the functional characteristics of different types of compressors, they are compared and analyzed. Under different working conditions, the principle of compressor selection in MVR evaporation system was discussed.
