摘要
开展储气库副产盐泥用于脱硫工艺研究,利用盐泥作为锅炉炉内脱硫剂,并通过精制卤水与烟气脱硫反应时吸收烟气中的余热,保证了外排烟气中SO2达标排放、盐泥的环保处理,取得节能、减排的双丰收。该法为国内首创,具有广泛的推广价值和社会效益。为深入了解储气库副产盐泥用于脱硫工艺的技术,进一步探究储气库副产盐泥用于脱硫工艺研究在实际工程上的应用,本文介绍了盐泥炉内脱硫工艺、精卤脱硫工艺、布袋除尘工艺,并提供了装置工业化设计的总体思路。
The research on desulfurization process with salt sludge produced by gas storage was carried out. The waste heat of flue gas was absorbed by the desulfurization reaction of refined brine and flue gas by using salt sludge as desulfurizer in the boiler furnace, which ensured the standard discharge of SO2 in the flue gas and reasonably absorbed the waste heat of flue gas, thus achieving a double harvest of energy saving and emission reduction. This method was first used in China and has a wide range of promotion value and social benefits. In order to deeply understand the technology of desulfurization process with salt sludge produced by gas storage and further explore its application in practical engineering, the desulfurization process of salt sludge furnace was introduced as well as fine brine desulfurization process and bag dust removal process, and the general idea of industrial design of the unit was put forward.
