摘要
镀铬是电镀行业应用最广泛的镀种之一。传统的六价铬在国内仍有使用,且范围较广。因其工艺用铬酸具有致癌及毒性,各国政府已开始加强监管措施,逐步淘汰六价铬的使用。随着环保力度的增强,三价铬电渡的研究和应用越来越受到人们的青睐,研究者对离子液体中金属铬电沉积行为的研究也逐步深入。
Chromium plating is one of the most widely used plating species in electroplating industry. The traditional electrodeposition of hexavalent chromium is still used in wide range. Due to the carcinogenic and toxic properties of chromic acid, governments of various countries have begun to strengthen regulatory measures and gradually eliminate the use of hexavalent chromium. With the enhancement of environmental protection, the research and application of trivalent chromium electroporation are more and more popular. Researchers have gradually deepened their research on the electrodeposition behavior of chromium metal in ionic liquids.
