摘要
结合电脱盐设备结构和电脱盐工艺流程两个方面介绍了大型工业化脱盐脱水工艺,并分析了其运行效果。结果表明:长江三星电脱盐成套设备脱盐脱水效果较好,基本上达到了脱后原油盐含量低于3 mg·L^-1、脱后原油水含量低于0.2%、电脱盐切水含油量低于200 mg·L^-1、切水化学需氧量低于1 000 mg·L^-1的技术要求。现场实践发现,电脱盐效果还与操作温度、操作压力、电脱盐注水、混合强度、电场强度、破乳剂和原油停留时间等因素有关,电脱盐操作参数可从这些角度进一步优化。
The equipment structure and the process flow of Yangtze River Samsung electric desalination equipment were introduced and its operation effect was analyzed. The results showed that the equipment achieved good desalination and dehydration effect, the salt and water contents of crude oil were reduced to less than 3 mg·L^-1 and 0.2%, respectively, the oil content and COD in discharged sewage were less than 200 mg·L^-1 and 1 000 mg·L^-1,respectively. According to practice, the effect of electric desalination can be optimized by controlling operating temperature, operating pressure, electric desalination water injection, mixing strength, electric field strength, demulsifier and crude oil residence time.
