摘要
近年来,金属有机框架(MOFs)领域的飞速发展为新型功能MOFs在各种生物传感领域的应用提供了前所未有的发展机遇。MOFs与多种功能组分的结合,为基于MOFs的生物传感应用带来了新的结构和新的特点,如更高的稳定性、更高的灵敏度、更高的灵活性和更高的特异性。本文简述了近年来功能性MOFs在生物传感范畴的最新研讨进展,在这篇综述中,根据MOFs在生物传感器中的核心作用,简述了MOFs在生物传感器中的应用,包括敏感元件的载体、酶模拟元件、电化学信号和光信号等。最后,对功能性MOFs在生物传感范畴的应用现状和发展趋向进行了展望。
In recent years, the rapid development of metal organic framework(MOFs) provides an unprecedented development opportunity for the application of new functional MOFs in various biosensors. The combination of MOFs with a variety of functional components brings new structures and features for MOFs-based biosensor application, such as higher stability, higher sensitivity, higher flexibility and higher specificity. In this paper, the latest research progress of functional MOFs in the field of biosensing in recent years was introduced. According to the core role of MOFs in biosensors, the application of MOFs in biosensors was discussed, including carrier of sensitive elements, enzyme analog elements, electrochemical signals and optical signals. Finally, the application status and development trend of functional MOFs in biosensors were prospected.
