氟化工园区安全管理体系构建研究

Study on the Construction of Safety Management System of Fluorine Chemical Industry Park

国内外化工园区的数量日益增多,一方面为各国的经济增长做出了巨大的贡献;另一方面,也带来了一系列的环境问题和安全生产隐患。我国的氟化工园区发展迅速,逐渐进入国际视野,在为我国创造了大量的经济效益的同时也为我国化工园区的转型升级提出了更高要求。本文针对我国氟化工园区安全管理体系构建的问题,在国内外氟化工园区安全管理体系建设的基础之上,结合我国的实际情况,提出了园区安全管理体系构建的新方案,并在实际应用的过程中找出存在的问题,最后给出了具有针对性的几点对策建议。

With the increasing of chemical industry park number at home and abroad, on the one hand, they have made great contributions to the economic growth of various countries;on the other hand, they have brought a series of environmental problems and hidden dangers of production safety. China’s fluorine chemical industry park develops rapidly and gradually enters the international vision. It has created a lot of economic benefits for China, but also put forward higher requirements for the transformation and upgrading of China’s chemical industry park. Aiming at the problems in the construction of safety management system of fluorine chemical industry park in China, based on the construction of safety management system of fluorine chemical industry park at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of our country, a new scheme for the construction of safety management system of fluorine chemical industry park was put forward, the existing problems in the process of practical application were found out, and finally some countermeasures and suggestions were given.
