摘要 黄土高原沟壑区环境脆弱、生态退化、水土流失问题严重。开展生物措施治理水土流失试点,目的是以生物措施为主,针对不同立地采用不同的治理措施,体现“因害设防,适地适树”“宜林则林,宜灌则灌,宜草则草”原则,乔灌草空间合理配置,生态治理与经济发展相结合,达到防治结合,综合治理,标本兼治,提高造林种草作业设计水平,实现防护林提质增效。 Loess plateau area has been suffering the problems like fragile environment,degradation of ecosystem,soil and water erosion.Bio-measures for the control of soil and water erosion is centered around biological treatments in specific locations with principle of matching right species with right sites and giving consideration of combining trees,shrubs and herbs together.The purpose is to reach integrated development in ecological restoration and economic development reflecting the quality and efficiency of protective forest establishment.
