高质量建设地方高校马克思主义学院的路径探析

党的十八大以来,全国高校马克思主义学院建设进入一个新的阶段,取得了显著成效,"为谁建设马院""建设什么样的马院""怎样建设马院"成为马克思主义学院建设的"三维"定位。高质量建设地方高校马克思主义学院,既面临着新形势、新挑战,也提出了新要求、新目标。坚持政治建院、人才兴院、科研强院、教学立院、政策惠院,从坚持中国特色社会主义办学方向,实施思政课建设、马克思主义理论学科建设和师资队伍建设三大支柱工程,以及优化政策保障中把准高质量建设路径,能够有效破解地方高校马克思主义学院建设所面临的依附性发展和自我发展之两难困境,确保地方高校马克思主义学院的高质量发展。
