摘要
以人类命运共同体的生存价值观、社会价值观、政治价值观等共同价值引领全球胜任力教育,克服全球治理失衡、国际产物与本土文化的冲突、内在动力与外在环境的制约是全球胜任力教育的核心。研究认为,深化人类命运共同体理论,建设全球胜任力本土框架;重视区域共同体建设与教育合作,创造跨国交流机会;提升教师全球胜任力教育,开设全球胜任力多元课程;提供多元文化环境,扩大全球胜任力实践机会,是推动构建全球胜任力的主要途径。
It is the consensus of all countries to conduct global competency education in the era of globalization,but at present,most countries proceed from their own interests.Global competency education should be guided by common values such as survival values,social values and political values of a community with a shared future for humanity.To overcome the imbalance of global governance,the conflict between international products and local culture,and the tension between internal motivation and external environment restricts the development of global competency education in China.We should deepen the theory of a community with a Shared Future for Humanity and build a local framework of global competence.The major paths to promote the construction of global competency education include attaching importance to regional community building and educational cooperation,and creating transnational exchange opportunities;promoting teachers’global competency education,offering diversified global competency courses,and providing multicultural environment to expand global competency practice opportunities.
