典型山区风电场内道路水土保持措施及效果评价

摘要 山区风电场主体工程建设是点线结合的系统工程,风机机组区主体工程建设标准高,道路建设区的水土保持是分区防治中的重中之重。曲靖市某风电场道路建设占比总建设面积的82%,包括进场道路、场内主线道路、场内支线道路。系统总结该风电场道路建设过程中水土保持措施的布局,通过监测数据分析,认为水土保持措施布置合理,实施效果良好。得出以下结论:①深入调查、动态设计是山区风电场建设必须遵循的原则;②山区风电场道路建设区水土保持措施应“拦、挡、排、固”系统结合,以工程措施和植物措施为主;③最大限度剥离表土是喀斯特地区风电场道路建设区水土保持的重要措施。 The main project construction of wind farm in mountainous area is a systematic project combining point and line,with a high demand in wind turbine unit area.Soil and water conservation in road construction area is the top priority in the system.The road construction of a wind farm in Qujing City accounts for 82%of the total construction area,including access road,main road and branch road.This paper systematically summarizes the layout of soil and water conservation measures in the road construction process of the wind farm,and evaluate the effect of soil and water conservation measures through monitoring data analysis.Main conclusions are as follows:A deep investigation and dynamic design are the principles that must be followed in the construction of wind farms in mountainous areas.Systematic measures with function of blocking,retaining,drainage and fixation as engineering measures,plant measures should be the main measures.Surface soil stripping should be done as far as possible in the karst area engineering.
