摘要
一种基于三维模型的岔管有限元分析的方法。通过Inventor与ANSYS的接口将三维模型导入ANSYS,在ANSYS中进行分析的方法,根据分析结果对岔管结构进行修改,再次进行ANSYS进行分析,直到得到满意的结果。工程运用表明,这种钢岔管的分析方法是简单可行的。
This paper introduces a method of finite element analysis of bifurcated pipe based on 3D model.The interface between Inventor and ANSYS is used to import the 3D model into ANSYS,and the method of analysis in ANSYS can provide reference for similar engineering design.According to the analysis results,the structure of bifurcated pipe is modified,and then ANSYS is carried out again until satisfactory results are obtained.The engineering application shows that the method is simple and feasible.
