汽车空调温度风门控制方法研究

摘要 基于汽车空调热交换系统HVAC总成的固有特性——温度线性试验数据,提取对舒适性控制有用的试验数据来制定HVAC温度风门最合理的控制算法,自动空调控制系统可利用此方法,并结合空调系统中其它控制对象的控制方法,来实现自动空调舒适性在设计阶段的预标定,最终能帮助车企和零部件企业快速实现自动空调实车道路标定,使整车空调系统满足乘员的舒适性需求。 Based on the temperature linear test data,which is the inherent characteristic of HVAC assembly of automobile air conditioning heat exchange system,the most reasonable control algorithm of HVAC temperature damper is established by extracting the test data useful for comfort control.The automatic air conditioning control system can use this method and combine with the control methods of other control objects in the air conditioning system to realize the comfort of automatic air conditioning in the design stage.The pre-calibration can help vehicle enterprises and parts enterprises to quickly realize the road calibration of automatic air conditioning,and make the vehicle air conditioning system meet the comfort requirements of passengers.
